OCS CANNOT INSERT CHILD NODES.RESTART MMC AND TRY AGAIN

I tried to open the management console of my ocs and it gave me this error
 "OCS CANNOT INSERT CHILD NODES.RESTART MMC AND TRY AGAIN" Pls i need help asap.

I have already  tried  to open in author mode but no luck!!!
