You have to re-install the Edge Role on the new server.

Please follow the KB below to install OCS 2007 R2 on a server that is running a Windows Server 2008 R2 OS.

Our Firm want to move OCS 2007 R2 Edge From Windows 2003 SP2 To Windows 2008 R2. I know inbuilt upgrade is not an option. Is there any way to built new Windows 2008 and move the existing OCS Edge  To the New Server. Please provide your valuable suggestions.
