Notify users 4 weeks before termination?

Hi,

Is there a way for FIM to send out an email notification to users whose 'employment end date' will be 4 weeks from today?

Do you use FIM Service/Portal?

If so, it is very easy as you can create set with users whose Employee End Date is prior to 28 days from today and Employee End Date is after today. And then just create transition in MPR which uses notification workflow.

So it would be like:
