Hi, I would like to confirm that how do you connect to the Internet, via a router or a DHCP server? Based on the current situation, I would like to suggest you update the router firmware and the network card drivers for Windows 7 first. After that, please run Services.msc, verify and start the following services: Network Store Interface Service DHCP Client If it does not work, I would like to suggest you test the issue in Safe Mode with Networking. What is the result? Regards,Please remember to click Mark as Answer on the post that helps you, and to click Unmark as Answer if a marked post does not actually answer your question.
