Im really confused because basically the my Network and sharing system says i am not connected to the internet when i am, i've looked at similar questions but my problem doesnt seem quite the same, i dont have a red cross on my icon instead a yello thing which reminds me of the sun. Honestly i think i would be easier to just show a print screen. The problem is because it has decided im not connected to the group i am i cant connect to my wireless drive which has all of my stuff on it :@. Please help ;(

Hi, I saw this many times in networks where the clients connect to the internet via a proxy. The internet connection there works but also there is this red cross and doesn't matter. Maybe this will help a little. br Steven

Hi, According the issue, I recommend that you may restart the “Wlan AutoConfig” and “TCP/IP stack”. Run CMD as administrator, type “netsh int ip reset resetlog.txt” to reset TCP/IP. If the issue persists , you may perform a Clean Boot. Because some third- party software may cause the problem. Based on my experience, if you using the ” WPA-enterprise” encryption may encounter this problem, try to change to “WPA- personal” .
