Not able to join windows 7 machine to domain
HI , I am nt able to join windows 7 machine to domain . Getting below error "NETWORK PATH NOT FOUND".

Hi, Please ensure that the DNS configuration for the Windows 7 system is set so that the primary DNS server in use is the DC that hosts the DNS role, otherwise the SRV records for the domain may not be found. -- Mike Burr

Hi, It could be caused by using an incorrect IP for the Domain Name Service server. Please make sure you have correct DNS and WINS settings. You can also use nslookup or ping to check if the points to the correct DNS. You can refer to: “Network Path not found” Error Message When You Try to Add Workstation to Domain Hope it helps.
