Not able to delete or edit the lync message. Is there any solution for this?

Once if we sent any message in lync, we are not able to delete or edit the message which we sent. is there any possible way to do this?

We have an option in Skype for the same.

Please help me in this

This is by design, you cannot edit or delete once message sent...

No, you cant. It is clearly stated in Lync FAQ that messages cannot be recalled after sending.
