I could not get internet on my mobile(NOKIA-E5) even after connecting with the adhoc wifi created in my laptop  with windows-8. I have enabled 'let other users connect to this net work' in my ethernet net connection ,after creating the wifi network in commant prompt .

Can anyone give a solution please....

Can you find the SSID in your cell phone?

If we can, I suggest to assign static IP address to your ad-hoc network adapter in Network and sharing Center -> Change Adapter settings ->Right click the ad-hoc adpter and choose properties -> Please try static IP address on IPv4.

If possible, let's see if other mobile device can connec to the ad-hoc network you set.
