I had such good luck installing Win 7 on my spare machine I bought a new HD and am trying to install the x64 beta on my main rig. The problem I have is I can't get the ethernet and SM bus controllers to get recognized. I downloadedVersion9.0.0.1009 of the ASUS chipset drivers. I have a ASUS P5Q Pro mother board. I get 2 messages the first one says Does not support tis OS WNT G1P_64. The second says This computer does not meet the minimum requirements for installing the software setup will exit.I built this machine only a few months ago I have a E8400, 4 gb skill memory,X-FI sound card,BFG 260 video card,corasir 750 PSU. Surely it will run x 64 ?

Whenever it says something about not supporting a new OS, you try running in compatibility mode.

Ok I'll give it a try. I was afraid it may have been the bios not liking the x64 OS.

compatibility mode not work in game like bf2 ou bf2142 message like dont know os or not support by punkbuster and i got the latest pbsetup if you know somthing i dont know tell me .tanks
