How many records gets created in database in case of a conference call if 3 employees are joined in the call?

Also could you pl let em know how to identify a conference call uniquely by a field.

Would you please tell us which records do you want to view?

For Lync conference record, you can use Conference Summary Report, Conference Detail Report and so on to view the detail information for Lync conference if you have deployed Lync Server Monitoring Server.
