No network connection (ipv4) over VPN
I am running windows vista x64 on the Server side, and the client pc is running Windows 7 Ultimate. The problem I am Having is When i connect to the vpn server (vista pc) I can't access any shared drives. When i check the vpn connection properties it states "ipv4 conectivity : no network acess. ipv6 conectivity : no network acess" . but the vpn connection is established. Also what i belive to be related the client pc (win7) looses internet connectivity, however the vpn remains connected. I have been playing arround with the ipv4 settings for days trying to make this work without luck.. HELP!!!!What i am trying to do is Map a drive on the Vista x64 pc at my house, to the win7 computer at my girlfriends house threw vpn.

Hi, You may perform the following steps to check the result. 1. Right click on VPN Connection and click Properties. 2. Switch to Networking, highlight Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4) and click Properties. 3. Click Advanced button, uncheck Use default gateway on remote network and click OK. Does it work?
