No network Connection, no internet access
I am not sure what happened or what I did, but 4 days ago I installed the latest Windows Updates, restarted my computer, and now I cannot get a network connection or internet. I am hardwired now, but none of the tutorials or walk through can get me past this problem.

Hi, How many of windows updates were installed around that time? If the list is small, you can uninstall those and confirm whether the current issue is due to the updates. It will help to zero in on the problematic update. Hi, This issue may be related to the wireless adapter driver has been updated via Windows Update. As the issue occurs recently, I recommend performing System Restore. Then, you can hide the hardware update from Microsoft. 1. Click Start, type Windows Update in search bar and press Enter. 2. Click Check for updates. 3. You can right click the updates which you do not want to install. 4. Click Hide update.Kim Zhou TechNet Community Support
