No mapping between account name and security IDs was done. error in workgroup
I need to rollout 25 machines as soon as possible, so i what to copy secpol and gpedit into mmc, so i dont have to setup each computer by hand. The problem is when i try to copy the .mmc file into mmc i get a error: No mapping between account name and security IDs was done. The computer is in a workgroup (win 7 enterprise), BUT the standard image was problaly made so the computer could be set up for a domain. I didn't change username etc. i only change the admin password. I search high and low, but i only finde sollution for computers in a domain. There must be some sollution for computers in a workgroup.?
