No internet after wiping clean and reinstall.
I have a dell XPS laptop running windows xp that got a virus to where I couldnt do anything. Every letter I typed was showing up as numbers. Anything I would click on the desktop would just pop up a black box for a brief second and then dissappear. I tried to do a restore and it would do the same black box deal. I put the windows disk in and it wouldnt let me do anything cause it said I had a newer version than what the disk was. I ended up wiping it clean and reinstalling windows xp but now I guess my network adaptors are missing cause it will not connect via dsl cable or wireless. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks1 person needs an answerI do too

Hi JKing78. Thanks for posting. If you reinstalled and your network adapters are not showing up it's most likely because you are missing your driver. You can do to Dell support and download the lastest driver for your computer by entering the service tag. Below is the Dell support site. Dell Support Hope this helps!
