I have had my laptop off for a few months due to having to buy and external battery charger. I now, cannot log on. The screen comes up showing xp and then ask me for my password. It will not take my password, and I have tried it in various ways. What can I do. Also, prior to the battery issue, it came up that there was an issue with the Geinuine windows authenticity. 1 person needs an answerI do too
