No control over what device calls get transferred to

Hi

I think this is a bug with the client to be honest. I have experienced the same issue with my users and the only way to resolve the issue at the moment is to do what you have already done.

Hi all

ever since the change from Lync to Skype for Business, I have no control over what device calls get forwarded to.

I can right click on a name and see both the mobile device and the Lync on PC, it is not longer possible to select either device and then forward the call.

All i can do is select the person and hope it goes to the Lync, please note this is regardless of their settings.

A co worker and I uninstalled the client, then reinstalled the client and without touching the profile  the mobile was back in the profile, even with removing this device from the profile the call would still get transferred to the mobile. Checking on the profile, sure enough the mobile phone was back in the profile.

My question is as a client user do I have any way to control  this or is this all controlled via the server, something that I do not have access to.
