No bluetooth headset support?
Hi folks. I've tried connecting two different bluetooth headsets but neither of them were able to install. Is this not supported in Windows 7?

The headset I would like to use is the Aliph Jawbone Prime. I could not find drivers for this. If you can help with this I would greatly appreciate it. THanks!

First of all, the PC need to have a bluetooth device. If not, you need to purchase a USB Bluetooth dongle. Tell us the model of your PC. If it has a build in bluetooth device, type “Bluetooth” in the start menu,Click for Add a Bluetooth device, in the meantime, make sure your Bluetooth headphone is on.Windows will automatically search for your device.Go to control panel > Hardware and Sound > Device and Printer > Bluetooth DevicesYou should be able to see your device here, and test out the sound settings etc. Make sure you’ve choose the Bluetooth headphone for playback and you are now good to go ! Enjoy

Hello FuzzyReets,Headset is supported in Windows 7.This is the link to the Windows 7 Audio changes which includes references to Bluetooth audio devices.http://download.microsoft.com/download/7/E/7/7E7662CF-CBEA-470B-A97E-CE7CE0D98DC2/Win7Logo_Aud.docxYou probably need to check with Aliph to see if the device is supported on Windows 7.Thanks, Darrell Gorter This posting is provided "AS IS" with no warranties, and confers no rights

Will your PC recognize other bluetooth device? If so, there might be some compatible issue between the Aliph headset with windows 7 operation system. You can also try pair the headset with another PC running windows 7 and see if the issue reappears.
