I have the 8.1 rtm version through msdn and they have took out the add features to windows 8 setting.... what should I do?
No add features in 8.1... I have a Windows Media key

Press the Windows key and the S key to bring up Search, then type in Features
and click on Get more features with a new edition of Windows, then enter your Windows Media Center product key.

Which Edition do you use? VL editions of Win 8.1 Pro and Enterprise don't have the option to add Media Center.
