I have a gateway laptop that was working fine. No it won't connect to the internet. When I do IPConfig /all it just lists Host Name, Primary Dns Suffix, Node Type, IP Routing Enabled, WINS Proxy Enabled. Nothing else is listed.

Hi, Have you enabled your networking adapter in Network Connections? If you cannot connect to Internet, please open troubleshooter to check what the culprit is.
