No Outside Network Ping

Hi, Please try the following to check the result and post the log here: Click Start, Programs\Accessories and right click on Command Prompt, select "Run as Administrator" to open a command prompt. In the command prompt window that opens, type type the following commands: Reset WINSOCK entries to installation defaults: netsh winsock reset catalog Reset IPv4 TCP/IP stack to installation defaults. netsh int ipv4 reset reset.log Reset IPv6 TCP/IP stack to installation defaults. netsh int ipv6 reset reset.log Regards,Please remember to click Mark as Answer on the post that helps you, and to click Unmark as Answer if a marked post does not actually answer your question. I have done as requested and still no outside ping. Those stacks were successfully reset and I have restarted. With both my iPhone's pinging app and cmd all packets were lost in pinging. (I find my outside IP at ipchicken.com) Blonde015 Windows Vista/Windows Live User
