No Mediation Service Listed

Hello,

I am attempting to integrate Lync 2010 with Cisco Unified Communications Manager.  I have my integration setup but when I make an outbound call it states that the "Calling Service did not respond".  I have read that this is due to the Mediation Service no turned on.  I went to check the service and I do not see it listed.  What am I doing wrong??

In your Topology Builder you defined a Mediation Server? Did you collocated in your FE?

You must publish a Mediation Server and then Run Step 2 in Deployment Wizard to Install this role in you server.

I defined the Mediation server, Collocated it in the FE.  I published the topology and ran step 2 in the deployment wizard.  Still do not see the service listed.

Did you verified that CMS changes were replicated before ran step 2?

If you dowload your topology, could you see the mediation server published?

Hi Jhanus721,

Please make sure the Mediation pool FQDN is correct.

Please also check the listening ports for Mediation server.

By default, the SIP listening ports on the Mediation Server are 5070 for TLS traffic from Lync Server, 5067 for TLS traffic from peers (gateways, PBXes, or SBCs). TCP port is disabled by default. You must enable TCP port if you have gateways that do not support TLS.

If the issue persists, please run Get-CsManagementStoreReplicationStatus to check the replication statue of Edge server.

Here is the link of using the Lync logging tool for further troubleshooting:
