On my freinds latop, i don't have internet acess after installing a printer. i removed the printer it is still the same.

Are you able to ping the Default Gateway?

No i am not able to ping the DG, it gives me an error "destination host unreachable"

Are you able to ping loopback? Try ping 127.0.0.1 and see if you get reply or not? Also try to change the cable or the port to which the computer is connected to rule out the possiblity of bad cable or bad port.
