No Administrator Account or Other Account in Windows 7 Ultimate. Can't Logon.
Someone disabled an existing account on my friend's desktop and enabled the Administrator account. Avira AntiVir created a popup message requesting the disabling of the administrator account. I told her to use: "net user administrator /active:no" to disable the account, but I forgot to tell her to create another account first. Now she is locked out unable to access the desktop and her folders. I read another thread that described a similar problem: http://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/itprovistasecurity/thread/1f534ae0-71a8-4947-836f-1128bc7f8d67 Does the resloution in the above thread pertain to Windows 7 Ultimate? There is a post by protenet that suggests there is a problem with that solution in Windows 7.

Never mind. I located this resolution using a better search technique: http://social.answers.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/w7security/thread/03bfc548-9584-4d5c-b17f-b8bc71593b66
