To fix, you will need torun a command prompt as administrator
Start > All Programs > Accessories > Command Prompt (Right-Click and Run as Administrator)
At the command Prompt type : netsh winsock reset
Ignore all errors, restart and voila'

2.type sfc/scannow in the cmd or run
I believe that the root of my problem is the NlaSvc so I have provided the most info about that error operating system is windows vista business
Here are some screen shots

Hi,
Thank you for posting.
Based on my research, I would like to suggest the following:
1. Please ensure all the updates have been applied on the computer.
2. Please go to the folder C:\Windows\System32 and check if the nlasvc.dll file exists. If you have another which works properly, please compare the information of the file nlasvc.dll (it is in the tab Details on the file Properties). You can also capture a screenshot on the Details tab and post it to the thread for our further research.
Capture a screenshot
==============
1) Press the Print Screen key (PrtScn) on your keyboard.
2) Click the "Start" menu, type "mspaint" in the Search Bar and Press Enter.
3) In the Paint program, click the "Edit" menu, click "Paste", click the "File" menu, and click "Save".
4) The "Save As" dialogue box will appear. Type a file name in the "File name:" box, for example: "screenshot".
5) Make sure "JPEG (*.JPG;*.JPEG;*.JPE;*.JFIF)" is selected in the "Save as type" box, click Desktop on the left pane and then click "Save".
Please use Windows Live SkyDrive (http://www.skydrive.live.com/) to upload the files and share the URLs with me.
3. Check the related registry key.
1) Click Start , type regedit in the Search box, and then press ENTER.
2) Navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\NlaSvc
3) Check if there are some difference from the computer which works properly.
4) You can also capture a screenshot on this.
Hope this helps. Thanks.Nicholas Li - MSFT
