New skype vulnerability?
Hey guys,
One of my computers (Vista) seemed to working fine until I accepted a voice call on Skype. The call itself was pre-recorded spam for some website, but immediately afterward my computer slowed down and displayed a skull and crossbones icon on the system bar,
so I suppose it's infected with some virus.
Anyway, I was wondering if anyone had heard anything about a vulnerability in Skype, I couldn't find anything on some of my favorite security/computer forums or google. I am quite curious though.
Back to purging my computer. Sigh.

Boot to Safe Mode with Networking,
Download and install Malwarebytes Anti-Malware (www.malwarebytes.org )
update it if you can - then run a Full System scan in your usual user profile, and a quick scan in every other profile.
delete anything it finds.
see if that helps
