New changes to Hotmail are messing up email operation with Windows XP.  Email is now slow, with hesitation glitches.  Please go back to prior version, or FIX bugs in this one!!
New version of Hotmail, begun late last week, is creating problems on my PC. Lookups from my addressee list aremuch slower. Keying text into subject line is delayed. When I start typing text body of message, there is often a "freeze" while something happens in background, then the text I've entered (but not yet displayed) suddenly appears. We would really appreciate it if you would warns us in advance when you are making changes or "improvements" to a key system we need for our business here and let us know what potential negative impact the fiddling around might have -- and how we can avoid it. Would appreciate an email response at: Email removed for privacy Thanks, G. Steele 3 people need an answerI do too

I am with you on this one. The New web Hotmail was described to be faster. Almost everything I do in the New web Hotmail is slower on all computers I have tried it on. The problem is not computer specific.Page loading is very slow. As an example, when I log in and see the first message appear I click on it. But since the page is not done loading yet it brings me to Groups as the page "moved" because it was not done loading.I am very disappointed in the response speeds of the New web Hotmail. I may have to search for an alternative that has a faster response. I don't need most of the bells and whistles if it compromises speed.

Whether I use google chrome or Explorer the same ____ happens. There is a big empty white box with some text in it at the top of the screen, then the actual hotmail is usually below. Buttons move when I press them, some things don't work.
