New Surface Tablet - Setup with a MS Account? Disgusting Antitrust from MS

Was in the process of quickly setting up a Surface tablet to show for a potential sale.

Sat here for 10 mins on my hands trying to figure how you now skip the MS account and create a local account.

In the end found you have to put in incorrect credentials in the sign in box then you are presented with the option.

Hi Allister Wade 2,

A Microsoft account is an email address and password that you use to sign in to Windows. It's free and easy to set up, and you can do so with any email address you choose, or get a new email address. (For example, you can use an Outlook.com, Gmail, or Yahoo! address for your Microsoft account.)
When you sign in to your PC or device with a Microsoft account, you can get apps from the Windows Store, back up all your important data and files using free cloud storage, and keep all your favorite stuffdevices, photos, friends, games, settings, music, and so onup to date and in sync.

If we don`t want to sign in with a Microsoft Account temporarily and want to create a local account ,we can choose the " Sign in without a Microsoft account"option and then choose " Local account".

Here is a link for reference of the account types :

That screen is not what I saw, it was from the settings to then a Microsoft account username & password with no "use a local account" option anywhere.
