Networking Vista and Two XP's Wireless and CAT5
I have a PC running XP MCE which is connected CAT5 to a wireless router. I have another PC running XP Home which is using a wireless adapter. I have a third PC running Vista Home Premium and connects by wireless adapter. All three PC's can access the internet. The two XP units share files with each other. The Vista PC can access files from both XP's. The
Vista PC is set to share files with everyone. The XP PC's can see the Vista PC and even see which files or drivesare being shared by Vista PC. However, when either XP clicks-on a Vista dive or folder, it gets "Access Denied".
Please help.

I have the same issue, Main Computer Is Running Vista Ultimate, which can see all other computers and access shares. But the XP Based Computers Cannot Access any shares on the Vista Machine. I have searched everywhere for an answer with absolutely no luck.

Thanks for the http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb727037.aspx address. I had done most of what this article suggested several times, but I think when I required "password access" and then logged out of both XP's and logged in again, my problem was solved. Everyone shares on the same level now.
Thanks again
Wolfgenes
