Network issue
I am having the same issue. I was connect to my work network hard drive (which is just another conputer) fine for 3 months, and now It says I am connect, but I cannot see any of the drives to access our work files. How do I fix this issue. This is def a windows issue not a setup issue. I am a regular person not an advanced computer guy. i should not have to deal with issues like this and things changing. I am not going to pay $100 plus to have this fix, just because Windows is always difficult to work with.

Hi, What is the edition of Operating System installed on your computer? Is there any error message received while accessing the network drive? Is there a red X on the network drive icon? Based on my understanding, it seems that the mapped network drive isn’t available in Windows Explorer. If it is the case, I would like to recommend you to visit the following KBs before going further: New drive or mapped network drive not available in Windows Explorer Mapped Drive Connection to Network Share May Be Lost Meanwhile, if you use Windows 7, you can re-create a shortcut to (map) a network drive and see how it works.
