Network card is connected to two active network

I’m running Windows 7 Enterprise 64 bit edition, HP Z400 Workstation. Every time PC restated one I login, Network card is connected to two active networks One is Work network and the other one is unidentified network I’m getting an IP Address from our DHCP server and receiving packets but is not sending any packets (0) I have more than 3 PC having the same issue with network card, please help I have snapshot for more details

it's possible that you have additional virtual network adaptors in the PC you may not be aware of, so please check whether you have any: a. wireless network adaptors? b. blue-tooth network adaptors? c. do you have vmware player or view client with offline mode installed? d. firewire network adaptors? Please check your network connections folder for these and disable any that are not the main one. Access this folder from the Network and Sharing Center, then click "Change adapter settings"
