Everytime i log onto my vista machine, whether it is through remote desktop, or locally at my desk. Network usage spikes immediately after logon, it only effects (download usage). For example, if a network monitoring tool is used in the vista sidebar, immediately after logon, usage will show a very large number such as 1500%, i've seem as high as 8900%. The issue appears to be "surpressed" by task manager and resource monitor, but i noticed this "bug" in RC2, when vista would show 150% network usage when i transfered files over FTP, it appears that it still is an issue, underneath.
