Network Problems
My HP laptop running Windows 7 home edition (upgraded from Vista) does not see other computers on my home network or the printer attached to a desktop running windows vista. I dont understand what I need to do to.

Does HP support Windows 7 on the machine? Windows MVP, XP, Vista, 7. You need to make sure your laptop is connected to network properly, if not of course it won't be able to talk to other computers. Make sure there is no firewall blocking on other computers too. Try to use this ping tool to troubleshoot this network problem, hope able to help.
