We run a 2003 native mode domain. We moved to Windows 7 and our .vbs scripts for adding printers is not working. In XP they all worked just fine. With Windows 7 they just do not show up even if you are an administrator on the machine. These are all common HP printers from Laserjet 5's to 4350's. These are shared off a 2003 Server. Is there something I am not doing right?

we had the same problem. Open Group Policy Management Editor Computer Configuration\Policies\Administrative Templates\Printers open Point and Print Restrictions and activate "desabled" it worked after this change
