I have a laptop that when it prints, the name on the print displays is the original user name that was created when the laptop first setup. For example, if the new user name is Frank and the old one is Karen, when I log in as Frank, the printer will show Karen as printing, even though I have logged on to the network as Frank, since I can access Frank's files. The logon screen shows Karen, and I need to change it every time. Is there a way to fix this?1 person needs an answerI do too
