I have XP on a Compaq laptop. NETWORK CONTROL - Page cannot be displayed window pops up right after I click on Internet Explorer, Windows Explorer or any other desk top icon. The seclected screen does come up, but it is a shadowed version, behind the Network Control window. The pop up window prevents me from doing anything more on the screen, and I can't get rid of the pop up. Other computers connected to the same wireless network work fine, as did this computer until a few months ago.
