Hi AreJayTee, To narrow down the cause of this issue, is it possible to temporarily uninstall the VMWare? In addition, please boot into Safe Mode to check the result. I look forward to your reply.

Sorry for the late reply, VMware is currently unistalled, noticed this after unistalling the program, rebooting into safe mode does not make any difference either it is still blank.

Hi AreJayTee, Based on the current situation, please collect Process Monitor and System Log for further research. Here is the detailed steps: Process Monitor: ============== 1. Download Process Monitor from the following website:http://www.microsoft.com/technet/sysinternals/SystemInformation/processmonitor.mspx 2. Extract ProcessMonitor.zip and run Procmon.exe. 3. After that, open the Network Connection by using ncpa.cpl in order to reproduce the issue. 4. Once the issue reproduces, go into Process Monitor window, press Ctrl + E to stop capturing and press Ctrl + S to save the log. System Log:=========== 1. Click Start, and type eventvwr on the Start Search box. 2. Expand Windows Logs, right-click System, and click Save Event As to export the system event log to a .evtx file. After that, please upload the above files to the following space: https://sftasia.one.microsoft.com/choosetransfer.aspx?key=7caf6bb3-b3ef-49bb-9b53-58080e1abe6c Password: 8Cr)L@lJCA4v_f I look forward to your response.
