Running XP SP3. I cannot access Network Connections. Its been this way for almost a month. When I double click on it, I get an hourglass and then nothing. Network Setup Wizard does the same thing. I have a wireless network that seems to be running just fine. My daughter cannot get her iTunes to share with her laptop either.
