Network Connection Status Window accuracy
Does anybody know where I can find out about the accuracy of the bytes sent/received in the Network Connection Status window. I have and ISP who says that the figures are very inaccurate. Problem is, they match perfectly the figures from my router and fairly well match the figures from DU meter. The ISP is saying that any figures that I might produce from any source other than them are worthless so I just have to accept their figures. Is there some Microsoft page perhaps that mentions anything about the accuracy? If I had something from a Microsoft source that would really help. Can anyone point me in the right direction please?

Hi, To monitor the bytes sent and received, we can do the following steps: 1. Start Task Manager, go to Network tab. 2. Click View --- Select Columns. Check the box Byte Sent, Byte Received, click OK. Also, you could try resource monitor tool.
