Here are some suggestions you can try: 1. Verify the relevant Wireless service ========================= a. Click "Start", go to run, type "services.msc" (without quotation marks) in the open box and press Enter. Note: If you are prompted for an administrator password or confirmation, type your password, or click Continue. b. Right click the "WLAN AutoConfig" service and choose Properties. c. On Dependencies tab, please write down all services name and start them one by one first. d. Then start the WLAN AutoConfig service again. 2. Temporarily turn off firewall on the machine. 3. Bypass the router and connect to DSL Modem directly via wired cable for a test. 4. Upgrade the NIC driver. 5. Configure the connection to obtain an IP address automatically ======================================= a. Click "Start", input "NCPA.CPL" (without quotation marks) to Start Search bar and press "Enter". b. Right-click the network connection and click "Properties". If you are prompted for an administrator password or confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation. c. Click to highlight "Internet Protocol Version 6 (TCP/IPv6)" and click "Properties". d.
