Hi Team, When connecting to Juniper Network in Windows 7, Internet Explorere 8, I am getting the error. It is working in XP SP3. I am getting the following error "Network Connect error nc.windows.app 23710" In event viwer, the following error showing Windows Filtering Platform has blocked connection to Juniper Networks Regards, Boopathi.

Hi, After I have checked on Windows 7 compatibility center, I found out that Windows 7 has no available information regarding Juniper Network , you can check it on: http://www.microsoft.com/windows/compatibility/windows-7/en-us/Search.aspx?l=en-us&type=Software&s=juniper&os=32-bit But I found that Juniper company have provided a KB for error 23710, you can refer as below: How to troubleshoot launching/establishing a connection with Network Connect Furthermore, you can contact Juniper for direct help.
