Network Adapter Binding GPO?
Is there a GPO to set the adapter binding order so that the wired adaptor is higher that the wireless adapter.

No such policy can be configured. What is the problem you encountered?Arthur Xie - MSFT

We are consistantly seeing the wireless card with a higher binding order than the wired adapter.I have seen W7 machines with both wired and wireless and the PC was using the wireless connection, which is slower.

You can simply set the wired connection as default connection. Specify a Default Network Connection Do you connect the wired and wireless to one network device at the same time? If so, please only select one of them to connect. Otherwise, there may be broadcast storm between the adapters.Arthur Xie - MSFT

You could also disable the autoconnect when available in the wireless options.
