OK, I know that this Messagewould be better suited somewhere else but this is the most fastest and best forum service i could use. Im using a different network now but myhome network is not working i changed something in the network configuration utility and now there is no internet working at all, not even able to access the Network utility. I also uploaded what happens here. (this link is a working offline image of what i did) PLEASE, I need replies As soon as possible. Thank you so much if you have a solution. Double posting an issue does not speed up the process, Have you reset your router to default? then tried to access the configuration utility?You should find a reset switch on the back of the unit, a thin wire or biro nib should work?Have a look in your user manual for tips to rectify the problemRegards FaganIf You Find an Answer to a question, you feel is helpful click the link in the corner!

Jamjame, firstly, please ensure that you have installed the latest version of the network adapter driver. If you want, please also let us know the brand and model of this network adapter and we will help you find the driver. You can also try to manually assign IP address, subnet mask, default gateway and DNS settings to this network adapter referring to your routers settings and check if it works. If the issue persists, please also run ipconfig /all in a elevated command prompt and post the result to this thread for our further research. Thanks. Nicholas Li - MSFT
