Netscreen Remote SafeNet SoftRemote 10.3.5(Build 6) VPN client problem
I am using Netscreen Remote SafeNet SoftRemote 10.3.5(Build 6) VPN client. I am unable to connect to my network when I use a philips snb6500 wireless device. I have no problems with my D-link wireless router, which is configured in the same way. Juniper network connect 5.2.0.9468 has no problems neither with the philips snb6500, nor with the D-link wireless router. Does anybody has any idea? hi i have the same problem. This only started about 10 days ago. I disable the built in network adaptor and connect on wireless, it works fine. I have a suspecion its something to do with a recent windows update. At the same time, a new problem started. If I leave netscreen enabled and go to my company's network, the notebook keeps on restarting. I now HAVE to make sure the netscreen is disabled before i log in to the network. Before it wouldn't cause a re-start just wouldn't connect to the network. Is your problem recent as well?

My problem just got solved by explicitly openning Ports 500 & 4500 for UDP. I have installed this new Belkin firewall and it seems by default these ports are blocked although no where it is mentioned that they are. Hope this helps
