Net 3.0 Framework removal
I am using Windows XP SP3. Recently I tried to install an application and kept getting "Net 3.0 Framework installation failed, exiting install". Upon investigation I found out that Nero Multimedia Suite 10 is trying to install an older version of Net 3.0 Framework. This is because the Nero application was released before an update to Net Framework. The workaround they suggest is to uninstall Net 3.0 Framework - Install Nero Multimedia 10, then let Windows Update do its thing. If I am unsuccessful at removing Net 3.0, via "Add/Remove Programs",what are some options to A) use a utility to remove this or all Net Frameworks or B) manually remove it? Thank youBrian19511 person needs an answerI do too
