Need to install Win32Help on standalone (no network connection allowed) PC
Hello, Does anybody have an installer/way of installing Win32Help on a Windows 7 PC that is not allowed to be connected to a network, i.e. Microsoft update files cannot be used? Thank you,

On another Windows 7 computer with networking, download WinHlp32.exe from: http://www.microsoft.com/download/en/details.aspx?id=91 put it in an external drive, then copy it to the standalone computer then install it. Regards, Miya Miya Yao TechNet Community Support
