I don't know what happened, but within the past few days my Shut Down screen changed from the 3 button option (Standby, Turnoff, & Restart) to the drop down menu option which I don't like. I believe you need to be using the Welcome Screen in order to get that. Go to Control Panel>User Accounts and check "Use the Welcome Screen". If you get an error when selecting this, please post back with the text of it.MS-MVP - Elephant Boy Computers - Don't Panic!
