I would like to get the total number of bytes sent and received for a period of time (1 hour, 1 day, etc) on Windows (vista or 7)? I have tried using Network Monitor, Perfmon, Task Manager, WMI, etc and nothing has the total bytes sent or received. I am not looking for an average or bytes send/sec.. I must have the total bytes sent and received. Is there anyin box method to get this info (API, perf counter, WMI, etc) or freeware app that can get this? Thanks!db

Hi DB,Start Task Manager, go to Network tab.Click View --- Select Columns. Check the box Byte Sent, Byte Received, click OK.We should get the added columnsin Network tab now.
