Please look into that i have tried many times to activate the window 8.1 also that called many times to Microsoft team to activate window but as discussed Ashish, Pr arena & other engineer provide the number & mail id of VLS Team & said

I have called many times on this number but number not working & also a marked a mail to VLS team in morning still no revert at that time.

So kindly help to activate the window 8.1

I have only Product Key

How did you obtain your Windows 8.1 product key?

It looks as though the number you were provided with is correct, as per the list of Microsoft Customer Support Centers here. I have confirmed that the number is active.

I am also having the same issue, I send many email to vlservp@microsoft.com , but haven't received any support ticket number or reply. I want to activate my volume licensing, but it showing me portal is blocked. can you please help me on that.
