Need some serious help with windows 7 home 64 bit
I need some serious help, about 12 weeks ago, I had my computer hacked, and know I have all kinds of problems. First, if you open a CMD window, and type SET, you get your set configuration, currently my configuration is all screwed up, which means the
registry is proably all screwed up, along with the tree. Next my services, if I go into the services window, all of the installed services, I can not do anything with, the window is all gray. next would be partitions, this is a HP computer, the way it is formatted,
i have 3 partitions, i really don't like this idea but have yet to figure out how to change it, the 3 partitions are system the E drive, Factory_image the D drive, and HP the C drive. the C and D drives are corrupt but the E drive is the real problem, everytime
I try to format this drive i get the error message this partition is unable to be formatted, i need to figure out how to format this one. next would be files and folders, there are a couple thousand folders and files that are installed and owned by trusted
installer, I have tried everything to delete them, i have used takeown, i have used icacls, or tried i can not get the syntax correct, but i need to figure out a way to delete these, and finally in the DIR's when you open a dir say from the command prompt
you type CD windows, know you are in the root directory of windows, if you type dir you get all the DIR's in this structure, but first you get the parent directory's . and .. and then all your files and dir's. when I try to delete the parent directorys, i
get access denied, and then the i see all kinds of ____ named system~1 and so on, i need to find a way to delete these also, and finally i need to verify my dos configuration structure, i don't know how, but i am sure there are problems there also, I have
tried HP tech support they are a bunch of ____ holes, also need to find a program that will allow me to see what is currently being stored in the upper memory blocks and delete if necessary, what I really need is someone I can trust who knows there stuff to
do a remote connection and check everything i have noted above. any help would be appreciated. thanks

If it was my computer I would do a backup of my computer with Windows Easy transfer to an external USB drive.
Then do a reinstall of Windows and all the programs.
When you have installed your computer and all your programs You use windows easy transfer to restore all your files and settings.

Normally in most circumstances I am against doing that because it
isn't necessary and there is a lot of work involved. But in this case,
I agree with you. He seems to have so many problems that this might
turn out to be the easiest thing to do.
