I'm having a terrible time trying to recover my password, my gaming with xboxlive, my account period, I have asked for help on the phone several times Urgghhh!! . I have a gold membership with xboxlive and have not been able to PLAY!. 3 week or so, I created a new account so that I could try to change information , so far can't get anywhere, I think my account has been hacked and my information stolen , Please Help !!! here are both account's1 tryin to recover - Email removed for privacy..
